We want you to be completely satisfied with your Victoria Beckham Beauty purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be unopened and unused to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
